3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use the app.
• By using Kabir, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Accounts & Login

• Users may sign in via Google, Facebook, Apple ID, Email, or Phone Number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Unauthorized account use should be reported immediately to sagar@kabir-ai.com.

5. Permitted Uses

You agree to use Kabir only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the app for fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Exploit, modify, or copy app content without permission.
• Engage in hacking, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access to our servers.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

• Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using the app, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as per our Privacy Policy.

7. AI Conversations & Accuracy

• Kabir provides AI-generated information and responses based on historical, cultural, and location-based data.
• While we strive for accuracy, Kabir should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or emergency advice.
• Users should verify critical travel information from official sources.

8. Location Services

• Kabir uses real-time location data to provide personalized experiences.
• You may enable/disable location tracking in your device settings.
• Some features may not work correctly if location access is restricted.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content in the app, including text, images, AI-generated responses, and design elements, are owned or licensed by Kabir.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit app content for commercial purposes without permission.

10. User Conduct & Restrictions

Users must not:

• Use offensive, hateful, or illegal language in interactions.
• Attempt to manipulate or misuse the AI system.
• Violate any local, national, or international laws while using Kabir.

11. Third-Party Services & Integrations

• Kabir may integrate with third-party services such as Google Maps, ChatGPT, and Firebase Authentication.
• Users are subject to the terms of these third-party services when using them through our app.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Kabir is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding uninterrupted service or accuracy.
• We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the app.
• Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

13. Termination & Account Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting sagar@kabir-ai.com.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
